Charlie Lister creates free-flowing works in fused glass which are inspired by the beaches and sea near her home on the East Lincolnshire coast.

She uses the natural movement of glass as it heats and melts in the kiln to reflect the everchanging surface of the beach, creating unique, tactile forms.

Recycled glass and porcelain are sensitively fused and shaped into vessels, jewellery, wall-based pieces as well as sculptures specifically designed for the garden.

Charlie is a glass artist who combines the ancient art of kiln formed glass with an environmental conscience which lends to her work both the weight of tradition and contemporary flair.
